Enter your Azerbaijan address at checkout. Your order is delivered within 2–7 business days. Items not available locally may take up to 30 days — you will be notified if this applies.

Delivery

Delivery terms — Azerbaijan

Delivery territory

Azerbaijan only. Orders cannot be delivered outside of Azerbaijan.

Delivery window

2–7 business days for items available from local Azerbaijan fulfilment partners. Items sourced internationally take 5–7 days. Where an item must be specially sourced, delivery may take up to 30 days — you will be notified if this applies.

Delivery cost

Delivery is included in the gift card value. There are no additional charges at checkout.

Order tracking

A tracking reference will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Failed delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification. Please follow the instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@sendachoice.com within 48 hours with photos and your order reference.

Terms & Conditions

Gift card terms

By using your SendAChoice gift card you agree to the following terms.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Unused balances after the expiry date cannot be refunded or reinstated.
Each gift card link is single-use and personal to the recipient. Links must not be shared or transferred.
Gift cards can only be redeemed at shop.sendachoice.com and cannot be exchanged for cash.
SendAChoice reserves the right to cancel a gift card if fraud or misuse is suspected.
Product availability is subject to stock at the time of ordering. SendAChoice is not liable for items that become unavailable after an order is placed, but will offer alternatives or a balance refund.
Delivery is to Azerbaijan addresses only. SendAChoice is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect delivery addresses provided by the recipient.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. SendAChoice is operated by a company registered in England and Wales.
