How quickly can you set this up?+
Typically 48 hours from invoice payment to your hires receiving their links. Physical cards add 5 working days for print and postage.
Is there a minimum number of hires?+
No minimum. You can order for a single hire. We treat every order the same regardless of size.
What if a hire doesn't redeem?+
We send reminders at 14 and 60 days. If unredeemed after 90 days the gift budget is returned to you in full. Setup fee is non-refundable once built.
Can different hires have different budgets?+
Yes — you can specify a different gift budget for each hire in the same order.
Can I see a preview before it goes live?+
Always. We send a preview link to approve before any hire receives their link. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.
Do you deliver internationally?+
Gift fulfilment covers 30+ countries. Physical card postage included for most regions, international available.
What does the hire actually see?+
A branded microsite with your logo and welcome message. They verify, browse the SendaChoice catalogue, pick what they want, and enter their address. SendaChoice branding is minimal.
